WACOM INTUOS LIGHT THING IS BLINKING HELP

So first things first. My tablet cable died so i replaced it twice. The first replacement was stolen by a woman who used to clean my house when we where out. The second is the one that im currently ussing and i think this is the problem, maybe this cable doesnt work with the tablet but that is just an hypotesis.
So my tablet (A wacom Intuos art small) has a light on the middle that indicates that its conected or something, but this light its usually just on without interruption, and right now its blinking. Its turning on and then it turns off every 2 seconds and i cant use it.

I have already trying
  1. Reboot the wacom service
  2. reboot my computer
  3. uninstall the wacom service (and service) and re install it
  4. conecting the thing to another port
If anybody has this problem or if you have solve it please let me know on the comens or via notes
